THE RELATIONSHIP OF MEANING-LIFE ORIENTATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL MOTIVATION OF RESIDENTS WITH DIFFERENT LEVELS OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Background. In the modern educational conditions of Russian reality, pedagogical community medical universities at stage postgraduate education pays great attention to readiness doctors for professional activities, which determines conduct research involving study relationship between meaning-life orientations and motivation residents with different levels experience. 2021-2022 academic year, a illustrating stated problems was conducted St. Petersburg State Pediatric Medical University Faculty Clinical Psychology.

 Materials methods. The present involved 65 2 years training in various clinical specialties, their average age is 25.5 years. entire sample participants divided into two subgroups according parameter involvement activities. This considered necessary studying orientation residents.

Respondents agreed participate evaluate results, descriptive statistical methods, comparative analysis using U-Mann-Whitney criterion explanatory variables Wilcoxon T-test dependent variables, correlation relationships indicators Spearman criterion, calculated STATISTICA 12.0 application package, were used.
